What is track and field?
Track and Field is an indoor or outdoor sport with a series of events. These events include, running, shot put, pole-vaulting, and more.

When you look at a track you see all the markings on the ground, when you run track you know what it means but if you don't it is a good thing to refer to.

This video shows a the running part of track, within the competitions you see even if your at the back of the pack you can still win. The title of the video is "It's Not Impossible," and its not. Just like any sport Track and Field takes effort. Running is in all sports in one way or another and if its hard to do it there, its harder to do it by itself.
